Production Cost Analyst

We are seeking a Production Cost Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing production costs,including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses, to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities. The Production Cost Analyst will work collaboratively with our development and production teams to optimize product designs, sourcing strategies, and manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses, to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

·      Collaborate with development and production teams to optimize product designs, sourcing strategies, and manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve profitability.

·      Develop and maintain costing databases and models to ensure accurate and up-to-date costing information.

·      Evaluate and recommend changes to production processes and sourcing strategies based on cost analyses and market trends.

·      Monitor inventory levels and work with production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

·      Communicate cost analyses and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

·      Proven experience in production cost analysis and optimization, preferably in the textile industry.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong understanding of production processes, sourcing strategies, and cost structures.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex cost concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Director of Finance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Finance to oversee our financial management and accounting operations. The Finance Director will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth objectives

·      Oversee and manage the company's financial accounting, reporting, and control systems

·      Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

·      Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management to inform decision-making

·      Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders

·      Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, including tax, payroll, and other statutory reporting

·      Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis

·      Develop and maintain robust financial planning and analysis tools to support decision-making

·      Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring the highest standards of performance and professionalism

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

·      Professional accounting designation(e.g. CPA) is strongly preferred

·      Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of success

·      Experience in the sourcing and production industry is an advantage

·      Strong financial and business acumen, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and innovatively

·      Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

·      Strong leadership skills, with theability to motivate and inspire a team of finance professionals

·      High level of integrity and ethics,with a commitment to transparency and accountability

 

Reporting Line:

The Finance Director will report to the CEO.
